Find your groove
Sunny Moves
Your zesty everyday class, perfect if you’re a beginner finding your feet (in straps) or a seasoned Pilates-pro ready to hone your craft. Bend, stretch, and feel the burn at your own pace in this full-body reformer workout.

Spicy Moves
Reformer but make it spicy. Faster paced moves and lots of challenges offered, this is the class to come to if you’re ready to push yourself and walk out feeling like a legend.
You’ll get more out of this class if you are familiar with moving on a Reformer.
Beginners, we’d recommend trying a Sunny Moves class before you give this one a go. Antenatal & postnatal welcome (please let your teacher know).
Dreamy Moves
Your go to class to slow down the mind and untangle the body, All your favourite Pilates stretches in one class. Expect to walk out feeling serene and restored. A great addition to your weekly Pilates practice.

Sweaty Moves
Not for the faint hearted and full of endorphins, this circuit based class is the one to hit for your cardio fix. Tunes pumping and heart rates up, you'll leave it all on the reformer and walk out buzzing with good vibes. You’ll get more out of this class if you are familiar with moving on a Reformer. Please BYO towel and water bottle for this one, friends.

Baby Moves
Our post-natal friendly class that you can bring you baby to! A chance to move your body in a supported environment while connecting with other parents.
Exercise clearance from your healthcare provider is required for this one and bubs must be pre-crawling age for safety.

Community Moves
This pop up free class is all about community and sunset views in the Sunny Moves studio. For members and non-members alike to come and spend some time making shapes on the reformers and enjoying the beach views. Bring your mate, bring your partner, bring your mum. Hot tips for a sunny experience

Please arrive 5 minutes early, our gorgeous views means we are on level 1 and we can’t let you in once we start teaching. Our classes are 45 minutes and to ensure everyone gets the most out of those 45 minutes, we start on time. Once class starts the door is locked and unfortunately anyone not there in time will be considered a no-show.

Grip socks and a drink bottle, we will look after the rest! If you don’t have grip socks don’t stress, we sell them at reception.

We all know parking around Seaford can get a little spicy especially on beach days. Please allow yourself time to find a park. For tips on secret parking spots, have a chat with us at your next class ;)
